Make sure you park it on a solid surface, if it’s concrete never mind, otherwise if it’s gravel make sure you get all the tires on something sturdy and solid. Remember, heavy things settle over time, I’ve seen some sketchy setups and leaning trailers. Build a nice skirt around the bottom of the camper, like a small fence. You can store a lot of totes, and gear up under the camper and this keeps it hidden, out of the weather, and looks uncluttered. Check all the rules, some places let you put up a small storage shed, these help a lot. Some places charge for adding structures like sheds or decks to your site. Definitely get a filter for your water.
Go slow, get to know the neighbors, and get a feel for how everyone does things things.
