Need help finding a part number

We have a 07 Jay Flight 20BH. We have just got it and winterized it. I noticed that the toilet is not holding the antifreeze (assume water too). Tried to clean the seal but did not work. I am planning on replacing the seal. I believe it is a thetford foot flush. Can anyone supply a part number for the new seal. Thanks.

I ordered one from Thetford. I looked the model # of mine up on their website. I am sure that all are the same but not to sure. I would verify it before ordering.

Thanks for the reply. Is there a model number on the toilet somewhere?

Most of the time it is a label on the back side of the toilet. Try a mirror if you get behind the toilet.

Found the model number 31687 AM5 HI FOOT. I think that it is safe to assume that is an aqua magic V tall toilet with foot flush. Hopefully the part number for the blade seal is 31708. I am usually pretty good at searching part numbers but for some reason I can't find any info for model number 31687.

It was on the back. It also had thetford's phone number as well as date of manufacture.

If you call that number, I'll bet they can fix you up. I ordered mine from them online.

sometimes you can run a thin layer of vaseline on the seal at the flusher/plunger. That lubricates the seal, often times that fixes it for long periods of time

Got the part and installed it today. Under further inspection, someone has already installed a new seal BUT.......... they installed it upside-down. Installed the new seal the correct way and it is perfect now.
