Need help locating slide controller

Hi all! We’ve had our 2020 332CBOK for a year now. Unfortunately our Schwintek slide isn’t retracting. We’ve call some mobile repairman, but they can’t can’t come out until middle of next week. Each guy asks what the control panel is saying, but we cannot for the life of us find it. We’ve torn the trailer apart looking. Any suggestions? Or maybe a picture of what I’m looking for? We called Jayco and they were no help, unfortunately.

Thanks!

Look on the ceiling of the front storage compartment, small black box.

On the ceiling we have a large gray box that is our inverter, a d next to that we have a smaller box that is our auto level system. No other items on the ceiling. But thank you for the reply!

332cbok slide controller

Found it! In the living room cabinet above the sleeper, there is a panel in the back of the far right cabinet. Remove the shelf and then remove the back panel.
