Need help with water pooling around roof AC

Greetings all! During a routine visit to my 22BHM roof, I noticed water pooling around my AC roof unit. I noticed a slight discoloration where I assume the water previously drained to the far side gutter but that is not happening now. From the perspective of standing on the ladder eye level with the roof, there seems to be a slight 'dip' where the AC unit sits, which is preventing the water from finding its way to the gutter. The trailer is level. Any suggestions/thoughts? I currently have no water coming into the trailer (that I know of). While I'm here - 2 more side questions if I may I've noticed what appears to be fiberglass shavings/particles around some of my exterior hatches. Is there a termite specie that likes FB? I'm also having a mouse issue - any known entry ports to look for? I've added tape around my electrical line hook up and make it a point to not have any food accessible in the camper (everything is kept in airtight containers. I set traps and keep catching mice
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd pull the inside ceiling assembly and check for possible water intrusion. A 2016 should not have a depression.

So to confirm, the design intent is for the water to run off either side from the AC unit? The roof system itself seems relatively flat?

Correct.

It only takes an 1/8" per foot or less for water to run off or 1/2" from center to side

A dip in the roof? That's weird.

You can get a pinless moisture meter from Lowes or Home Depot for under $40. Use this to check for moisture under your roof membrane. Metal will register as moisture so don't get fooled by staples or other metal under the membrane. If you have moisture, it will be spread over a general area.
