NEW Camper, need service on day 1 broken Irv32

Looking for some pointers....
We took delivery on our brand new 38fdds on 8/31/2018 7:00 AM

irv32 radio was missing the remote and the irv32 radio locks up with zero control... have to pull the fuse to get it off.... then it plays for a few and locks again. DVD will not play and ejects once in a long while.....

Reported to the dealer with 3 calls and 3 emails ... took from 9/1 to 9/5 for them to tell me they have no parts and that it will take 4-6 weeks for them to address it with Jayco...
They suggested calling Jayco direct... I have been on hold for a total of 1 hour today over 2 calls... never got to a person... Sent the online service request this morning, rec'd the automated reply... no call back no email....

We have our first trip this Friday... no radio...... no DVD.... still on hold.... no emails.....

Any quick fixes for a "fussy" irv32 unit ?

Hope you can get it fixed asap. Meanwhile enjoy the camper and keep pushing.

Those problems are supposed to be id'd during the PDI.

I take it that this is AM/FM/DVD player? If so I would probably go to a good automotive stereo store and do a good upgrade

The demo was very good any very complete. radio n speakers worked. but only for a min. to demo. we did not try the dvd. lock up when its on for 5 min or more.

unit seems to be fine otherwise. We are newbies. so we are learning more every day.....
