New Eagle with a slide problem

We have a One year old Jayco Eagle with 3 slides. One slide will not retract - changed fuse (not the problem). We hear a clicking in the panel when the slide retractor is pushed. Waiting for the mobile tech - any ideas in the meantime?

Not sure on the system the new eagle has. But mine wouldn't retract or extend all the way without alot of commotion. I ended up crawling under it and looking at it, the mount that the actuator connects to the frame, had pulled out. I was able to wedge a large prybar in there to hold it to get the slide out for deer camp, and again when camp was broken down a week later, and took it in for warranty.

Which model and which slide? Assuming they haven't changed since 2019 models, two sides are the rack and pinion style and one is a schwintek. Troubleshooting would be different between the two.
