new owner of 2005 Eagle 278 fbs trailer

Hi folks. Just bought this lovely new to us trailer.
We are not new to trailering but have never owned a Jayco. For now the trailer is being parked at an RV campground. Unfortunately the manuals did not come with the sale.
I have downloaded the jayco manual but it does not have the info that I need.
What are the maintenance needs for the 14 ft slide? works OK for now. Do you need to lubricate the rails?
I checked with Jayco and there do not appear to be any recalls. Same for thr norcold frig. Have a new rubber roof so hopefully the roof leak is fixed for good.
I'll find out the model and serial #'s for all the appliances and mechanical things and see if I can download maintenance and operating manuals.
