Thanks again Bob, I drove by the dealership this evening & the 2011 28BHS also has the ball coupler welded to the top of the A-frame like Lee's 2010. So it looks like the 1200lb round spring bars. I'll also mention that the U bolt threads should be facing outward since I'm pretty sure they are the pre-2010 style like you have.
