Welcome from northeast Illinois.

Those valves you saw in the vanity are the low point drains for the water system. Pulling those valves and opening the faucets will drain the water out of all of your hoses. The other valve in the front drains only the fresh water tank. I drain all my water after every trip to keep the lines cleaner. I also drain the water tank, which fortunately my low point drains also drain if I release the pressure relief valve on the tank. This does not winterize the unit, however.
