I am sure I got mine at Advance Auto parts. After buying a supply, I never had another one blow. Still carry them though.

You can buy a whole lot of fuses for $225. I've only blown 1 fuse in 2 years and that was the first time I used the jack. No problem since then.

So after a lot of looking I finally found the 30a fuse for the tongue jack. It was in the coach, under the dinette seat where the wiring comes in. Had to dismantle half of the bracing under the seat to get to it, but I won. All now is well.

Recommend buying a pack of replacement fuses, both 30 amp and 15 amp sizes. Our 1st year we blow probably 10 fuses. I don't think we have blown a fuse since.

That is exactly what we did today. Everything is fixed and hopefully I put the bracing under the dinette booth back together correctly or someone is going to have a huge surprise. I already called dibs on the other side just in case.

AdventureWagon, Just a thought that you may want to move the fuse up front by the battery and jack.

I can't understand why it would be wired in that area. JMO

Fuses or circuit breakers are normally placed closest to the power source... In case the wire wore through and started rubbing on the body, the fuse will blow... If the fuse was downstream from the short, a fire would occur...
