New Trailer Wheels

Interested in getting new wheels. I have 15” steel white wheels. Anyone know what size I need (width, bolt pattern)?

On my 265RLS it has 15"x 6" wheels with 5 lugs on a 4.5" Bolt circle.

Can I go a little wider than stock? Say 6.5” instead of 6”?

I purchased a spare rim and it was 6.5 it worked great. Also, the info with my Dexter book says use rims with no offset. The bolt pattern is determined by how much the load carrying capacity is.

The complete Dexter manual is in the MANUALS section of this forum.

Most 3500 lb axles use a 5 lug 4.5 bolt circle wheel. Most trailer wheels with that 5 on 4.5 pattern are going to be 5 or 6 inch wide and if your tires are 205/75-15 then 5 or 6 inch is the perfect width wheel. Also, trailer wheels have zero offset so if your looking at non-trailer wheels keep that in mind.
