New Years Camping

We went camping over New Years at Catalina SP in AZ. After a big snafu on my part (reserved 2 sites a couple of months before with no elec or water!!!!) the SP supervisor had a pull thru cancellation and we were able to get the 23' Jayco in and the truck camper!!! Shared the elec post and water and it was by far the most enjoyable, memorable New Years we have ever experienced.

Thank you Sarah at Catalina SP. You were a life saver!!

That sounds wonderful! I am jealous. New Years Eve is my birthday and would of loved to ring in the new year camping. At least, Christmas 2013 will be celebrated in SC and GA.

I was wondering if you and your wife were up there then. It was an awesome time. HUGE expensive motorhomes thruout the park! Park was full but the only 4 people out there cooking out and sitting outside were us. People came out to walk their dogs and then you didn't see them again.
One lady walked by and told us our food smelled "too good". haha
Happy New Year!!

Wife and I will be down there in Feb. Coming in Feb 14 till the 20th. See we don't live in Tucson anymore. We sold the house and now live in Gold Canyon. We just got back from Buckskin State Park. for 7 days. It was great.
