No 12V power when connected to Shore Power

Hello,
Just recently acquired a 2012 Jay Feather Ultra Lite 228. Went to bed with AC and everything else in camper working fine. Woke up with AC, microwave and receptacles working fine but no lights, refrigerator or water pump. It would seem all 12v items are not working. I’m connected to shore power. All fuses seem good.
In the middle of a camping trip. I would really appreciate any help.
Thanks

Did you check the breaker for the converter?

Hi Grumpy, thanks for your quick reply. I have cycled all the breakers on the panel.
Still no change

Check the fuses for the converter or the one on the converter depending on which type you have. Also check the reverse polarity fuses

I would suggest to check the battery voltage and all along the battery cables and connections for a fuse or disconnect solenoid, then follow that back to the fuse panel checking for voltage wherever possible along the circuit's path. ~CA

If the AC is still working, then it's not a "system wide" 12V issue? The thermostat runs on 12V?

You're likely going to need a volt meter either way. Then follow Craigav's suggestions and start probing.

His AC probably has the controls in the ceiling assembly, not on a thermostat, no 12v involved.

Ah, yes, I forget that not all have external t-stats.

Thank you all for the replies.
When i plug my 7pin cable into my vehicle, everything works.
It would seem power is not converting from 110v to 12v. Also its not recharging my battery.

Do you have a battery disconnect?
If so check it.

I was having this same issue and it was a bad converter and a bad ground in the breaker panel

Look for the 12-volt blade style fuse near the battery. It'll be in a weatherproof holder, inline to the positive terminal.

I had this issue last winter. My converter went out. After I replaced it, everything was good.

We had a similar issue this past weekend with put 2022 SLX 7 174BH. Brother in Law did as well with his 2011 Forest River Wolf Pup. Turned out to be a Park issue. That was after checking all the fuses, breakers, cords, and breaker on the park's plug in. In our case the power in the area of the Park we were in likes to trip the park's breakers if most are running the A/C and water Heater.

We were only running the A/C. We shut the water heater off on our last day after doing the Supper dishes. I don't see much point in running something we don't need. Breakfast dishes can wait until we get home.
