Is your light on the camper end of the awning or the roller end?

Pictures show the lights on the camper end of the awning, this probably replaces the porch light to save a few bucks, light can be used with awning in or out

A link to Jayco’s home page. No lite and no switch inside my rig for a lite. No lite on my rig.

Doesn’t mean much, it shows the awning behind that front window. Mine is in FRONT of the window.

Our “porch lite” is on the other side of the trailer and is worthless. I simply attached using Velcro a solar powered motion activated light so any time someone needs lights over the stairs they have it.

The standard porch lite BUT the new ones with the LED work better and those have a sensor that turns on automatically when you approach.

Yep, on many units now the awning lights have replaced the porch light.
