No power at 15 amps

Purchased a 2004 Jayco 29FBS last year, at home making sure everything works plugged into house with a 15 to 30amp adapter. Made the mistake of running the AC (I know I’m not supposed to). Now the trailer will not accept anything less than 30 amps (no outlets work, they did before). Did I fry the converter?
When plugged into a proper 30amp outlet everything works as it should.

I would think possibly a defective / damaged 30 to 15 adapter might be your problem.

Your converter only charges your batteries and supplies 12v to your RV.
Is the 15A outlet still working? If so,

My money's on the A/C tripping the 15A breaker. Did you check the breaker in the house?
