No power at outlets

I have a Jay Flight 145RB and I have no power at the outlets
I checked the fuses and tried the breakers and everything seem to be good.
Still no power at any of the outlets and no power at the GCIF plug.

Although suggested in your post, did you try testing and resetting the GFI test button and reset button? Did you flip the breaker at the outlet where your power is plugged in? Did you flip the breakers off and then back on to possibly reset a breaker that did not appear to be tripped? If yes to all of those, wait for others to chime in with other ideas.

Is the shore power breaker itself on, and not tripped?

Do you have a multi-meter to check power at that receptacle?

I reset the breakers and checked fuses they were fine.
No power at main outlet and can't get anything from resetting the GCIF plug.. no power at all

Is there power at the power source then where you've plugged your camper in? And did you check the breaker to that outlet if there is no power? Also, I believe this only applies to the 12-volt system, but there is a fuse near the tongue where the battery is normally located that could have blown. I'm just not as sure that it would have any bearing on the power you're not seeing on the 110 volt side of your unit.

I am not sure. Is there a way to check it. I don't have a multi meter at the moment

I am not familiar with your model but can still offer suggestions. First off, does it have a generator? If so, do the outlets work with it but not shore power?

As far as shore power is concerned, the FIRST test is to make sure there is power at the outlet you are plugged into. Don't know if you are using 50 amp, 30 amp, or less. If using an adapter that could also be a failure item.

After you are 100% sure there is power at the outlet the next check would be the circuit breaker panel. Only circuit breakers are used with 120 volts so you can ignore the fuses. Fuses are only used in the 12 volt system.

If you have a generator the power going to the breaker panel will most likely go through a transfer switch. This would be another possible source of failure.

Using a voltmeter should get you to the problem area. I have attached some troubleshooting documents that may help. Good luck!

I presume you have a battery and I apologize if you mentioned it in an earlier post but I may have missed it. That answers why you have 12 volt operation on those appliances that operate off the battery. If you don't have a multimeter, do you have a pigtail to bring down your 30 amp or 50 amp service down to 20 amps? If so, plug it in and then plug any appliance from the house like a hand mixer or toaster and see if it will turn on. That will tell you if you have power at the source where you're trying to plug your camper into.

Edit: I reread your post and I see where you said you had power to the microwave. That means you do have 110 coming into your trailer. This opens up a Pandora's box as to what maybe going on at your outlets if your GFI is in working order.

If you have power to your microwave, you have power to your breaker panel so there is no point in checking the shore power. My guess would be that you have one or more ground-fault breakers tripped. Each leg of your outlets will have a GFI outlet as the first one in the string. Each will have a reset and test button on the outlet. Try resetting them first to see if that fixes your problem. If that doesn't solve your problem, you'll have to find someone who knows how to diagnose this kind of thing. It's not rocket-science but not everyone is comfortable troubleshooting this kind of thing. It's possible that the GFI breakers have gone bad. I've had this happen before but it it would be unusual for all of them to go at the same time.

GFCI outlet is bad. There's no other reason that other stuff works but not the outlets. It's almost always a bad GFCI outlet.
