No tail lights or red running lights on 32bhds

Hello all,
I am frustrated with this new problem. My park lights on the tail lamps, red running lights and right directional are out on my trailer. The yellow running lights work and there is no power on those other mentioned lights. Has anyone experienced this? Please help.

If your battery is on the TT use it for trouble shooting. There should be a diagram in your manual or get one of the web for a 7 pole plug. Make a jumper wire and put it in Batt + pole and you can test the other poles. DON'T put the jumper in ground. If the TT checks OK it is the TowVehicle

It could be something as simple as dirty or corroded connections, use an emery board or sandpaper to clean the 7 pin receptacle on your trailer and plug connection on your truck. A little shot of WD-40 on both then wipe clean. Plug and unplug a couple of times then re-plug to recheck all lights.

I have had that problem on occasion and as THE MEEKER said it was corroded terminals on the plug.. I now carry a can of Brake Clean for when this happens .. spay it into the male plug let it drip out and try plugging in ... works for me every time...
