We haven’t had any tv for almost 2 weeks. Our neighbor let us look thru their dvd library of hundreds and borrow a few. They are here for 3 months.

It is nice to get away.

Watching Grand Torino tonite.

Here is a vote for those who enjoy the whole challenge of receiving tv in just about any environment or location. With a lot of practice I have only been blacked out a couple times in the last 13 years since moving up to a TT. Upgraded to an auto portable HD sat antente 4 years ago but still carry a dish with tripod still in the box for backup. Nothing like sitting in the recliner in front of the fireplace on a crisp late fall nite and watching a good movie. Don't forget the digital headphones for watching after DW goes to bed.

Which headphones do you use? I have a Sennheiser wireless that is old and well used. It won't pick up the audio from my Jenson system but works well with the tv.

Unfortunately it got mangled in a slide out incident and it's time to get one that will work with both tv and Jenson, Is yours wireless?

Both of mine are Sennheiser wireless. Older one [6 years] are analog that has a charger stand with kind of a bent coathanger look. The newer set is digital and has a 10" tall plastic tower for the charger. Both work great but the older analog has a longer range. Not really a problem because the digital will work out to maybe 30/40 feet. Tuning with the digital set is automatic when you power up the headset.

Once I found the switch (after we got back home) it worked great.
