No water

New owner of 2016 Jayco Jayflight. I winterized last year and blew lines out with air. Don’t remember if I shut valves under sink or not. Camper has no water I can hear the water pump running but nothing comes out. I feel like I don’t have correct valve open or have one open that should be shut. There are 3 under sink should all be open?
Thanks you

Welcome to the Forum from Western New York State!

The valve on the pump (winterizing) suction hose should be closed, and the valve to the pump from the freshwater tank should be open.

(If the valve handle is parallel to the hose (or pipe) it's in the open position. If the handle is perpendicular, it's closed.)

If you have three valves on the back of the water heater, The upper and lower valves should be open, allowing water into and out of the water heater. The valve on the bypass pipe (between the upper and lower) should be in the closed position. This is the way our valving is on our TT and may be similar on yours.

Check them out, and post back what you've found out.

I don’t have your set up, but every spring, coming out of winter, I have a similar issue. After blowing out all the antifreeze from the lines with air, I introduced water into the lines via the shore water inlet, to flush the remaining residue antifreeze out. After I’m confident I have as much antifreeze diluted and purged out, I fill my Fresh water tank. This is where I have a similar issue as you. When I run my pump, the first time it doesn’t always prime. I can tell because the sound of the pump is different than when pumping water. The pump is “Air Bound”. What I do is open all of the faucets, and run the pump On & Off several times, and it usually primes. If it’s being difficult, I lift the antifreeze suction hose and funnel some water into it to flood the pump head. After that it usually catches, and primes. The key for me is to Open all the Faucets to expel trapped air. Good luck

snip...[QUOTE=Hotload;1068562 Any suggestions trying to attach picture[/QUOTE]

Here's how to post pictures:

Click reply and scroll down to bottom of text box.
Click "go advanced" add text to message window and then scroll down.
Click "Manage attachments" A separate window will pop up.
Click "browse" Then select the file to be uploaded. Be sure that the photo is appropriately sized. No more than 400K is recommended. Forums software will automatically reduce the size, but smaller size photos will upload much faster. Images larger that 2 MB will not upload. You may select several photos to upload at the same time by repeating the last step.
Click "Upload" After pics have loaded close the pop-up window
Click "submit reply" to mount the text of your message - photos will automatically appear at the bottom of your post.

Did you drain your water heater for the winter?
If so and it hasn't been refilled, you may not have any hot or cold from faucet until the WH is full.
Usually quicker to fill it from water hose source.

If WH is full, make sure that the fittings at the pump are tight... water line, filter if you have one.
