Noisy Converter Fan

We just spent our first night in our new 2020 264BHW and the fan for the power converter cycled on and off and between high and low speeds. It's quite noisy compared to our previous trailers. Is this normal? Any fixes?
Thanks

We have a Northpoint 5th wheel. Our converter is mounted underneath the "hallway" floor which is fairly close to the master bedroom. I dont think I've ever heard ours kick on or off.
HOWEVER, we have an inverter that powers the residential fridge and that in mounted to the bottom side of the floor directly under the bed. It has a pair of cooling fans and you can barely hear them when they kick on. Late last season. One of them got sick and would wake the dead when it kicked on. I pulled it out and sent it in for repair, warranty. Good as new again.

The fan blades could be rubbing on the housing somewhere. If you can get at it, you could make sure the fan is able to spin freely.
