Norcold Fridge Fixed by reseating 12VDC In

Hello All!

We got our 2019 JayFlight 264BH last fall and hadn't tried to run the refrigerator off of propane until the beginning of this season. When I would manually switch the refrigerator to propane, the right light would come on - no worky.

This morning I was poking around in the outside panel behind the refrigerator, doing continuity checks and generally getting familiar with what is back there. I pulled off the 12VDC in leads to make sure it had voltage (it did). When I put the leads back on, the igniter kicked on, and it started working.

Any thoughts on what happened here? Maybe the board just needed to be reset?

Could also have been a tiny amount of corrosion on the contacts. Add a little electric contact grease to the connection now that you have good contact.
