Norcold Fridge Issue

We have a Norcold model n8xr fridge in our Jayco travel trailer and we are having problems with it cooling. If we take the thermoster out and put it all the way on cold, it gets cold. So we ordered a new thermometer and replaced it, but we still having the same issue - it won't get cold. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello! Neither are getting cold unless the thermistor is unplugged..

Are you talking about the thermistor? Is it all the way to the top of the fin inside?

Yes, darn auto correct. But yes, it is all the way to the fin.

Our Norcold refrigerator quit working on our last camping trip, whether on propane or electricity. Took it into the dealer for repair over 2 months ago and still haven't received our repaired trailer back. Dealer said the problem is the circuit board but because of supply chain issues, they're still waiting for the part to come in.
