Norcold N8DCSSL Refrig Not Coming On

I have a 2022 Jayco 195RB that has a Norcold 12v dc refrig. It worked ok the first couple of times but now nothing happens when the power button is pressed. I have measured 13.64 v input and I have verified the inline fuse is good. The measured voltage at the display panel is 0. I suspect the main control module has failed. Anyone had this same problem? I haven't been able to get to the main control module because the refrig is 2 feet off the ground and too heavy for me to pull out. There is not a vent door on the outside.

Did you look for any fuse on the PCB? Where did you measure the 13 volts at? It would be a real shame if PCB don’t last longer than that. 1 year warranty?

The manual says thereís a fuse at the input on the board.
Can you take out the drawer out from under the fridge? Iím not sure, but maybe you can get to the board that way.

The 13 volts was measured at the refrig's input connection point located on top of the refrig. The Main control module is part# 640178 which from pictures appears to be a sealed unit but maybe there are some screws that can be removed. Hopefully there is a fuse on that board. If there is a blown fuse on the board I wonder what blew it. The refrig was turned off the last time we were there. We did leave a shoreline attached and it has a solar charger.

There is not a drawer under our refrig.

I found the wiring diagram, it only shows one fuse that is inline from the source power to the compressor control module.
So thatís the one you probably checked already.

Update: The problem turned out to be a defective battery. Even though the battery voltage was in range the capacity of the battery was very low. I never thought the run a load test on the battery since the battery was only 6 months old and all the other 12v items in the trailer working.
