Not the same ole bike rack question

Just bought a 2015 20MRB that came with a factory installed ladder on the rear of the trailer..

Would like to know if there's a bike rack to attach to the ladder that people have successfully used..Our first trip putting the bikes Inside was not a good solution.

I've read about the torque issues attaching bike racks to the bumper but if we make sure the 2 bikes (one that's an aluminum frame - so very lightweight) are securely attached to prevent excess movement is this a viable way to transport. My trailer is brand new - don't want to risk damaging it or the bikes.

I made a 2" tubular frame with standard bumper hitch clamped over the 4" bumper and welded it all together.
The 2" tubular frame is bolted to the TT chassis and I can remove it if I wanted too.
Just use my 2" receiver and bike rack.
The 2" tubular frame carries the most weight.

I used to carry my bikes on a ladder mounted carrier. The screws loosened up often on the ladder and I stopped using it after a few times.
