Oh man..I am living right! Gutter Damage
We had a huge storm blow through here on Monday.....well family finally got out to our property where I store the trailer and I got "the call"...you better come look at this...the roof is about to slide down on your camper....
Well we have a 30 year old barn that has withstood many storms, but the roof is no more....It pealed it back right next to the TT and some how it managed to only minor damage to the gutter. I guess I am living right....who knows....
See the pic below of the gutter...I am thinking about just using a board and a hammer and slowly working it back into shape. Any other suggestions?

Sorry to hear/see about your gutter, but it could have been alot worse. The board and hammer should do the trick. Good luck with the repair.

Yeah buddy you came out of that pretty well all things considered. Your board and hammer method should do the trick.The barn on the other hand will take a little more sweat equity to get it back in shape! We also had bad storms and winds blow through, no fun out on the water! Good luck.

Board and hammer. Also put solid tube / rod inside the gutter before hammering on the outer board. Thus, getting a round shape inside the gutter. Do "little hits" at a time - until the appropriate force is found. re: Hitting too hard isn't always needed.
Good luck. Actually, your TT already had good luck. A few more inches closer to the barn and its roof surface would have gotten top skinned. OUCH!!!!

Now that is an excellent idea! I will have to look around the barn, I think I have some all thread around somewhere that might work.
I am still looking at this thing with amazement.... 
On the right side of the barn is about a 14x20 piece folded over to the left side where about a 14x16 piece flew up. They are all mashed together in a stack and all it hit was the gutter on the TT - which is like 1/2" wide. If it had moved even 1/4" more toward the camper it probably would have taken a chunk out of it.
I think what saved me was my jack leg electrical wiring in the barn...It stopped pulling out rafters where I ran my romex....ripped about 3 staples out and part of the rafter, but it held....if it had not, most of the debris would have landed on the TT....
That was some wicked storm..... Right after the storm we made a pretty good house fire, two houses with trees through them, and a bunch of injuries. Our county had over 50,000 homes without power....so all in all....I am still feeling lucky......

Dont make too much fun of my old barn! It has been there since the early 80s and is a nice place to keep my RV accessories! I cant get myself to tear it down....I think I can repair it pretty cheap....
Cant see all of it, but this is the "new" barn (about 12 years old)....it is 48x36....

Yup, i was thinking wooden dowel from the Depot inside he gutter then a 2x4 on it's side and a hammer with alot of small taps. Then slide the dowel down and out.

That new barn has "Store your Jayco here" written all over it. Or are the doors not high enough to clear the top of the A/C?

Well I have a couple of problems (yeah I know...but I am talking about related to this)...
It is hard to tell from the pic, but I am not sure there is really not enough room to maneuver it into there since the drive is so narrow in front. It is also a working barn with tractor stuff, 4 wheelers, etc on the door side and a shop on the other. Wish I could sacrifice the space, but it wont work.
I am thinking about building a large implement shed one day and making enough room to get the camper under it....it just takes money and time....
BTW - that is a Miracle Truss Building...same company that I have been seeing on Mark's RV Garage. I really like it.
