On my 2017 Jayco Eagle 338RETS lRear Driver Side Kitchen Slide out Not Operating Prop

I own a 2017 Jayco Eage 338RETS
I Have somewhat of a dilemma, my REAR Driver Side KITCHEN AREA SLIDE OUT IS not operating correctly. With either the remote or the wall control unit operating out or in will not move in a steady slide, I have to press the button on either control button to get it to move only a few inches at a time & one side of the slide moves in or out faster than other side. I can also hear the relay working on the inside on slide closest to the wheels. Can you please give me some HELP & feedback so I can identify the problem than fix it. I believe that’s a schwintek slideout. There’s a recent thread in the last few days that discusses syncing the two slide out motors. Common issue. Also, you can find a manual online. Here’s one. Sounds like it’s out of sync, but this manual will direct you to some other trouble shooting as well.
