Oops, non potable water

I accidently mixed it (gust a tad) mom potable with fresh water. Did a good flush and drain. Should I be concerned? We don't drink this water but do rinse dishes with it.

Lots of times, non potable water is no different from potable water. It just happens to be near a sewer dump and is considered non potable for that reason. If you are concerned about it just drain the fresh tank and sanitize it.

I will sanitize when I get home. Unfortunately I don't have any sanitizing liquids with me at the campsite. I was mainly just wondering about washing dishes for now.
Thanks!

Well, home now and sanitizing alomost done. Dang, the wkd sure does go by fast! We were at Lake Ahquabi Indianola, IA and the campsites were SO close to each other they might as well just had a community fire ring. It was very confusing, the roads weren't marked with direction so you didn't know which way to go, and talking about tight turns, whew! On top of all that, only 1 bathhouse was open and in this house were only 2 showers total! With all that said, our TT was very comfy with no issues (other than dirty water in fresh tank).

Just a thought here. If you rinsed the dishes in questionable water, you could put them back in the drainer or sink and rerinse them with some boiling hot water, maybe Clorox mix.
