well I have been here all winter and am very grateful for the knowledge I have had shared with me.
We get our trailer in two weeks and a thought occurred to me
Id like to ask you about
We have an arrangement with our dealer where they have a space for Pick up your trailer /leave your trailer, which is convenient
my question is this.
Regardless of length of stay at the parking area or my driveway should you level your trailer EVERY time? Even when not being used?
I get the impression from all I've read that trailer construction is just right of a cardboard box and understand the warping or crazing of cupboards,drawer slides etc if something is not even
I know to level the trailer when in use
Does your trailer tolerate sitting without damage if not leveled/not in use for a period of time?

I keep mine a bit nose high so water will run off but other then that its close to level but I do nothing special, and I do not lower the stabilizers. No issues after 6+ years.

Ours is next to the house, it is pretty close to level. The fridge running is the only thing that would require that you come with in 1 or 2 degrees of being level, other than that there should be no issues.

Something to think about.
I keep mine a little low in the front. As mentioned above due to water run off. Mine seems to run off better with front low rather than front high.

Mine is pretty close to level side to side but like Crabman I keep mine a little nose high for water to run off. I would think if anything being really off side to side might cause the low side leaf spring to weaken sooner than the other side?

How far off level do you anticipate?

I usual put a jack behind each side of rear axle (camping or in storage) and have nose up for better drainage.

For general storage it does not need to be level, to use the fridge it should be fairly level

maybe 3 degees front to back
the parking lot is pretty level and I did not see any other owners using levelers
but since its my first trailer I thought Id ask
Valid point on run off Ill be doing that for sure

Doesn't matter for storage as others have mentioned, but I would like to add do not store with the stabilizers down, in the event that if any of your tires goes flat, you will certainly damage the stabilizer and might damage the trailer frame
