Options on 2017 26bh

I am looking to buy a 2017 elite package and found one with and without the thermal package, aluminum wheels and good year tires. Not sure how much of a difference they make overall. My main reasons for looking at an elite package was the extra Skylight larger tanks and flush system. I would think the thermal package would be the most important but not sure if any of those option should be a deal-breaker

The thermal package would be important if you camp in really hot or cold temperatures. I personally like having the underside open so I can inspect and repair anything needing it. I would definitely get the one with the Goodyear tires and aluminum wheels if they are together.

Yes the one that I am leaning towards has all the options I listed above. And then the 2nd one just has the aluminum wheels, skylight, and has the rear ladder where the first one doesn't. The ladder can always be added so I don't really care about that. I was quoted almost the same price for both. Only About a $200 difference.
