ouch,can't sleep

hi,happy new year, i have a sleeper sofa in my tt,im looking for a new mattress for it,im thinking of maybe a tri fold mattress, but then i would have to change it back to the original mattress when i wanted to close the sofa and then store the tri fold.does anyone know of a replacement mattress that i can buy that would fold up into the sofa but is nice enough to sleep on without the bars stabbing in the back.

We had this issue a few models ago and found a good inexpensive one at Target. It was an air mattress with a built in pump that was quick, quiet and kept the mattress inflated. Was also firm enough for me to sleep well on and no feeling the bars! When done we deflated it and it was small enough to tuck back into the couch! You probably could find a better one at Gander or a sporting goods store for a bit more money depending on how often you think it will be used.

I was able to buy an air mattress intended for a hide a bed. Stores nicely under the sleeper sofa when not in use and when it's used, it sets on top of the thing they call a mattress
