Outside kitchen fridge how to turn on?
I recently purchased a 2013 Eagle TT 324bts with an outside kitchen. I cannot figure out how to turn on the outside fridge. I can see the power cord coming out of the fridge and into the TT, but cannot tell where it goes to see if it is plugged in. The fridge is bolted to the counter top so I cannot see the back. I look at the manual and it shows a dial that I can use that regulates how cold the fridge is supposed be and this turns it on. I look at the parts list in the manual, and is shows this dial and it even has a picture of the dial in the manual, but it does not show where is is located on little fridge in the outside kitchen.
There is also no dial inside, or on top, on the sides or anywhere outside.
I had my fishing buddies take a look on my first trip and we were not able to locate it.
Are there any 2013 Eagle owners with an outside kitchen that can help?

Can you reach up towards the back top of the fridge? I believe the dial is up there. Just make sure it's adjusted before it's loaded, or else you'll have cans freezing.

I had to take my fridge in, it turned on, but wouldn't cool, you would think they would test this stuff, makes it frustrating.

My outside fridge may be different than yours but it is on any time I'm plugged in to shore power. I don't see a switch or temp dial but can't get behind mine easily. It cools though so I'm not messing with it.

Who ever thought this was an accepable design out to be shot. the previous poster was correct. In my 2014 whitehawk, the tstat switch is on the outside upper right corner. you can't see it and can only reach it by sticking your body into the storage compartment and blindly feeling into a 8" cutout in the paneling that separates the fridge from the storage area. You have to do it by feel to get it set. Turn it off, then all the way to hi to get the range. Then back off to get to the med setting. Its all by feel.

I have a different fridge then what is being described above in my ODK. My thermo switch is inside the fridge and my plug is dead center of the kitchen for easy removal when not in use. The brand is two letters one of which is a P I believe.

I have the same fridge. Thermostat is shown in owner manual as being located inside the fridge, but it's no tthere. Found it on the back side of fridge at top right corner. You cannot see it without getting a stepladder and using a mirror. I wrote to Jayco about this and they stated the manufacturer made a chang with out telling them. This is bogus, they have to set the temp when they installed the unit, so they knew of the problem before sent the units out. They offered no resolution for the problem.
Also, the unit in mine in plugged in under the counter top of the outside kitchen. I removed the drawer on the left side, unplugged fridge, plugged in a 4 plug surge strip with off/on switch that I placed on top of the counter with double sided tape, then plugged the fridge into it. Now I can at least turn unit off when not needed.

I have a 2014 314 BDS and my outside fridge has a thermostat on the outside. You have to be connected to shore power for it to work. Mine did not work even if connected to shore power. I ended up finding a VIN for an older 314 BDS and emailed Jayco for the schematics. They will not forward you them if your Jayco is still under warranty, what a bunch of BS.
Anyways my issue was that my outside fridge outlet was never connected to the outlet in bathroom as per the schematic. The wire was tucked far back so I needed a very bright light before I could see it. Once I connected it all was well.

I have a 2013 Eagle 314BDS and this is the outside fridge I have.
There is a dial inside the door on the upper right corner to adjust the temp, but my unit will only power on or operate when plugged in to 120 volt.
It will not power on or operate with 12 volt/propane like the indoor fridge.

Since the fridge is hooked to the GFI, is it ok to just throw the GFI off, so the frig is not running when not being used?

I have a question concerning running the outdoor fridge. Overnight, I usually close up the outdoor kitchen, is it OK to let the small elec fridge run with the compartment door closed?

My new 2018 Seismic 4116 has an outside kitchen hanging on the rear bumper. Inside is a 1.6 cubic foot refrigerator of unknown manufacturer. The switch and thermostat is on the right side rear in a hole protected by razor blades. There is access through a power cable door. By fighting off the razor blades and using your fingertips it can be set.. This almost worked for me, but I had no power (my volt meter says so) my O M said that it is protected by the gfi in the kitchen by the sink, it was tripped so I reset it. Checked voltage no go dirty word the brand new trailer has a bad refrigerator.
Week's later I was trying to hookup the satellite dish in the right side of the passthrough compartment (at the satellite prep point stated in O M) and found another gfi receptacle it was tripped, so I reset it. Now what is that dam noise coming from the rear of the F W. I walked towards the rear of the unit thinking the worst, to my surprise it was the little refrigerator.
Not that this has any thing to help you"But"...
Good luck, and happy travels.

My 2017 WhiteHawk has the small outdoor fridge. I accessed the back thermostat by removing the access panel in the trailer. Figure out where it sits in relation to theinside and check for a small panel. If I was home, i would send a pic.

All I've done was installed a power bar beside my fridge. Plugged the fridge into the power bar. That way I can easily turn the power bar on or off as I want. And I have a few extra outlets too.

Well, this is an OLD post, but the answer to the OP was never given.
The plug for the outdoor fridge in the OP's trailer is under the counter...you have to pull out the drawer that is under the fridge to get to the plug.
nisbitch's suggestion is great. I'm going to do that.
