Outside light strip,2014 jayflight f22

There is a light strip made up of what seem to be small led or lcd lights. Some are bright lit, some are dimmer and about 6 or so are not lit. How do I go about trouble shooting? We of course enjoy the light it makes, just concerned there might be a electric issue. Anyway to replace the lights? Thank you for any help.

It's a pretty easy replacement. If they are like the ones on my camper they are held in to a plastic track with some light duty double sided tape. I replaced my original white lites because they could light up a stadium. I used a color changing set to make my DW happy. They lasted 3 years. I just replaced them again this year...
