Speakers A are inside and C are outside. B don't seem to do anything.
On my 19RD the B speaker connectors have no wires. No bedroom speakers for us 'cheap seats' kinda folk.

Our outdoor speakers are that way too.

It is in deference to all of your neighbors.
They don't necessarily have your taste in music.

But is that the responsibility of the manufacturer?

Just because I like Heavy Metal and my neighbor listens to that country crap is not Jayco's problem.

We'll settle it with rapiers at dawn!

Thanks for the info on the B speakers. I don't think I have bedroom speakers so I'll live with the A's and the C's. I've seen other posts about hooking the television through the speakers and that'll be a future project.

They don't like my truck's exhaust either. I guess that makes us even for their dog barking for an hour last Sunday morning @ 6am. In all seriousness, I don't always camp near enough to people for it to matter.

Really though, even if I DO like the music you're playing, I don't necessarily care to hear it coming from your camper. We will run the awning out to deflect the sound down into our campsite and keep the volume down really low; it works for us, and you can barely hear it (if at all) from outside our campsite...

To the original post; it's most annoying when you go back in the trailer and switch the channels back to the inside speakers and they're blaring when you could barely hear the music outside. I just got in the habit of turning the volume way down before I switch channels to the inside speakers; we don't use the outside speakers that much anyway.

Since we mostly boondock the 'quietness' of the outdoor speakers is desirable. Whatever is on inside at a nice level becomes little more than background music outside.

When the local background music is birdsong, leaves rustling and a waterfall 500' north-northeast, the radio doesn't get used much.

Fade or balance doesn't seem to effect the exterior as compared to interior.

And I always keep neighbors in mind! But if it's realistic I'd like a little more sound.

I'd also like some better replacements for outside too. The j terror don't sound bad but the exterior leave something to be desired.

Try these:
http://www.amazon.com/PLMR24-3-5-Inc...160365&sr=1-15

with this to drive them:
Amazon.com: Boss Audio R1100M - 1100 Watt, Monoblock, Class A/B, MOSFET Amplifier With Remote Subwoofer Level Control: Car Electronics

Then you can start to get crazy:
