My wife loves to cook. Most mornings she bakes muffins in the oven. Most afternoons she is baking brownies or cakes. Anytime the outside conditions are bad and I can not use the BBQ grill we use the oven. when TT shopping I would not even look at a TT without an oven. I guess to each his own, I know some TT owners who do not use their own bathroom when camping.

Have fun with the microwave - get a Potato Express (it is also great for padding the rotating glass tray when in transit) to cook potatoes, corn, and other veggies.

Almost daily, cookies, brownies, cakes, muffins, biscuits, pies and I just got pumpkin for the next trip out. ;-) Microwaves bread storage when not in use.

DW had to have one, but we've never lit it. It's our breadbox too.
