Storage. We don't cook in the trailer. All cooking is done outside.

Always had problems with hot spots in the oven, bottom of everything ended up burnt. Tried the floor tile, (broke), then baking stone (also broke), then a 12" round aluminum tortilla plate. Heat is now even, works as well as the oven at home.
