Oxygenics help

I just had our dealer install an Oxygenics shower head when we were in to have an outside speaker changed. Did not try it out after the install. Went to try it out this past weekend and the DW was not happy! When you turn on the water it shoots out the back of the connection that goes to the shower head. No water comes from the shower head. I removed the head and turned on the water and no water came from the opening. It all went out the back and down the hose. Any ideas??? Thanks

They put the adapters on in reverse. Switch the adapter at the end of the hose where it hooks to the stall and the one at the actual handle. The smooth adapter goes at the handle and the ribbed adapter goes at the shower stall connector.

LOL! I only know this because I did the same thing! I put the ribbed connector at the handle and the other at the stall. Turned the water on and it shot out of the back of the handle...nothing at the actual head. Switched the adapters...worked fine. Who'd figure?

Thanks everyone! I'll give it a try after work today. Campgrounds are full so it gives me something to do this weekend.

Could be the highly qualified technician was on his first day on the job and this was his first one.

Sounds like it is installed incorrectly.
