I believe that is just a sticker, aka a decal.
The window appears to be a frame less, so no paint there, so I guess I must be missing where you have paint.
Maybe a close up picture maybe helpful.

If it’s over the window it is a decal. I’ve never seen a painted frameless window on a TT.

yeah i will take a closer look at it this weekend and take a picture.
if it is a decal, does the manufacture provide decals or do i have to back
to the dealership to get them to order it and fix it?

Ahhh, the window frame itself. Well that just looks like cheap paint that didn’t stick to a properly prepared slick surface.
If your up to it I would peel/sand away all the old paint. Then mask off the window and surface of the TT anywhere paint could overspray with blue painters tape and masking paper. Lightly sand the surface of the window frame with very fine steel wool or sandpaper to create a rougher surface for the paint to stick to. Then spray paint it with a good primer coat. Use multiple coats lightly spraying and letting italmost dry each time between coats to avoid drips and runs (don’t try to get it all in one shot). Once you have a nice even pretty primer coat do the same thing with some semi-gloss (or whatever matches) black until it looks nice.
Peel off your masking tape and paper and enjoy your pretty window frame. As far as what paint to use, just use a good quality spray paint, don’t cheap out. It might be possible to do it with a small foam roller and get the same result, I’d just be afraid of the roller leaving a textured surface on that smooth metal?

I believe that is anodized aluminum. No matter what it clearly it did not have the correct surface prep. That looks like your emergency exit window. I believe there are two screws that keep it in the track. I would remove the window, and paint it else were. My luck this year with spray painting, as soon as I want to spray, the wind picks up. But If you have some ultra thin, say 1 mil plastic, you could mask off the side of the TT. With super thin plastic, you can close the window over it. Tape every thing off and go to town, as Screwby says.
Applying some narrow fine line tape first around the glass, then overlap your wide painters tape and masking of choice. This will give you a really nice finished look in the curved corners.

Yeah don’t underestimate overspray. I’ve been bitten by a casual wind I didn’t realize was slowly carrying paint past my masked area. Go as far as you think you need to with masking tape and paper and then go farther than that! Always fun cleaning paint flecks off your fenders.
