Picked up new 27rls / question about roof

Last Saturday we picked up our new 27rls. We absolutely love this Layout. Wife was loading stuff in th trailer while I did some yard work. After about an hour, noticing very little movement in the "goes back in pile" I opened the door and peeked in. Wife and the two dogs (labs) were all napping

When we were doing the delivery inspection I climbed up the ladder to inspect the roof. I noticed a few bubbles in the rubber roof. I pointed them out to the tech giving our tour. The salesperson came in and stated they were noting the roof bubbles in case there was an issue in the future.
Today I was installing two MaxxairII covers over the vents and noticed at least 10 bubbles in the roof. Most were 1" to 2" wide and 4"-12" long. Where the metal on the front transitions to the roof there are many small bumps where the roof starts. Should I contact the dealer or Jayco and ask that this be addressed now? Or, is this normal?

If it was me I would have them fix it now. If they refuse then make sure they are noted so that if you have trouble after the warranty runs out they will take care of it.
I have a 2012 Armada that I bought new in November of 2012, It is on it's third battery, the dealer said there is nothing wrong with the charging system just 2 bad batteries. I have 6 months left on the warranty so I had them note that if something goes wrong with the charging system after the warranty is out they will take care of it.

There was another thread regarding this recently and I believe the consensus was the bubbles are normal. We just recently purchased a new 2015 27RLS and during the PDI the tech told me before I even went up the ladder that I would see bubbles and when the weather warmed up they would shrink. I was up on the roof a couple of weeks ago during some pretty warm weather and didn't notice anything abnormal looking.
