Congrats on the new trailer. I am considering ordering one . Could you tell me what the sticker weight is with all the options? I saw a video on line and they said something about 6200 lbs. I thought about the fiberglass sides but I don't know how much that would add to the weight. Enjoy the new trailer.

Yellow sticker weight on mine is 6399 lbs with fiberglass sides, elite package, 15k A/C, 32 inch tv, bumper mount grill, & roof ladder, & aluminum wheels.

I've had the same unit since last summer. The only problem I had was a bent axle. The rear axle flattened after 2 months and wore the tires wore on the edge. Jayco wouldn't help fix the problem under warranty.

I noticed they are using the same axles as the model it replaced 267bhs. The new 26bhs is heavier than the old 267bhs so I'm wondering if the axles are under rated

Hopefully it doesn't happen again

I purchased a new 2015 Jayco 26 BHS back in September 2014. I received the trailer from the dealer a few weeks back mid Jan 2015. I was not aware there was a new color scheme. I was pleasantly surprised. awesome camper

We have the same color scheme. I like it a lot. We took ours out a few weekends ago for a shakedown trip. The only problem I had was a leak at the toilette. The water connection was not tight enough. I unscrewed it and checked the threads, then reconnected it and snugged it up. No more leak. Everything else worked perfectly. I went around and checked all the other water connection and drains. Snugged a few up just to make sure I wouldn't have any other issues. It was cold at night so we used the furnace. It kept us nice and warm. the fridge cooled quickly and we made ice cubes in the freezer. I am very happy with the purchase. Can't wait to get back out. This summer we will be taking a three week trip to the Rocky Mountains, Great Sand Dunes, Arches and Zion. We will also take more weekend trips before and after the long trip. Going to make good use of this thing!

I have that trailer, bought it last year. Only were able to use it one week last year in CO mountains but like it a lot. Went to a RV show yesterday, saw plenty of units but for the price found nothing to make me want to trade.

Re the hitch, I bought from a reputable dealer but I found that I got much better instruction on how to set up the hitch from YouTube.
