Power Convertor

I have a 2016 Jayco Whte Hawk 28DSBH that I purchased last July. I have noticed that the 12v LED Awning Lights and other 12v lights in the interior of the coach would Dim after a few minutes while connected to Shore power. Does anyone know if this is normal or could the power convertor be sending out bad voltage to the 12v lights?

This could be caused by the power converter initially applied the highest charging voltage when first connected to shore power. It then senses that the battery is fully charged and decreases the voltage to the battery. This would cause the lights to be slightly dimmer.
