Pre Wired for Rear Camera

I have a 2020 27.5RLTS Eagle HT that is pre wired for a B/UP Camera. NO power at the pig tail connection. HELP!!!

I had the same problem. Here is the advice I got and it worked. In the back wall of the RV there should be a terminal block with green wires and a terminal block with white wires. Green is positive(+) and white is negative (-). Hook up to these with the camera wires and don't use the pigtail. It worked for me.

You did check when your marker light where on correct?

I'm not sure. I have a guy installing it for me. Still doing research. Have reached out to jayco. Usually get a response via email within 48 hrs. Thanks for your reply

The pre-wired connector pulls of the marker light circuit so if your marker lights are not on in the truck you will have no power.
