Just a month ago I paid 17,5 out the door with a Pro Series WTD and brake control. The brake control and WDH was about $500 bucks.

Paid just below 16k for a 2013 26bh in Feb, 2013. Loaded with everything and rims. Included brake controller, Equalizer system with install, taxes, tags, dealer prep, etc. They were clearing the lot before tax time and making room for the 2014 models. We have had it out about 20 times with no issues. We love it!

We have 2 kids ages 5 and 7. We got our camper with the option of both full bunks. The couch easily folds into a bed so it is very doable. Depending on your preferences the storage might get tight. You can only fit 4 at the dinning table but a small table in front of the couch works on rainy days if you need more eating area. We camp with friends that have a small boy and have eaten meals with them in our camper when it was pouring down outside. We spend most of our time outside if the weather permits. We have camped with my parents and turning the dinette and couch into beds for them wasn't too much of a hassle. Funny enough, a twin air mattress fits perfectly on both. It is a great camper and we aren't looking to replace it anytime soon. Good luck with your search.

I paid 18k out the door for our 2014 264bh and we love it. We have me many mods to it but some of them we had parts from an old txt that we sold. We just got back from 4 days of camping and it is great. Please look at the mods section and you can see all of the mods I have made on mine. Some are must do's. Some are just overkill but fun. We are in Las Vegas and bought it from Johnie Walker RV. They are great to deal with. Just bought in January.

Happy camping!!

In 2011 we bought a 26BH first, 2 kids at the time (5 and 3). It was great with 2 kids, little tight on storage in the bunk area but manageable.

When we added kid #3 in 2012 it stopped working for us...we tried to make do all last year but it became frustrating. Hated breaking the couch or table down at bedtime. Storage became a real issue and the trailer constantly looked messy and disorganized because there wasn't space for everyone's clothes/shoes and the few toys the brought along.

My experience might not be the same for you, but with 3 kids I would really spending the time to plan your storage needs before pulling the trigger on any floor plan.

Our 29QBH is great for us now, not sure how we managed without slide before, but it certainly is a lot more trailer and really needs a 250/2500 TV.

We purchased a 2014 264bh back in January, one outing so far. 3 kids, 12-10-8. For us it's plenty of space, we got the double-over-double bunk option. Our boys shared the top bunk and our daughter turned the bottom bunk into her own little cave. If you plan on spending a lot of time indoors it will probably get cramped, but even with 2 days of rain we were fine.

One thing I can't get over with this floor plan is just how much storage there actually is. Tons. Really happy so far.

As for price we got the options you mentioned plus 15k a/c, enclosed underbelly, and the double-over-double bunk option. Paid a little under $13k. Helps to shop dealer inventory in the off season.

/\ Like skylark just said, definitely get the double bunk over double bunk option. I have that as well. It is nice to have a big top bunk like the bottom bunk. All you give up is a little storage box that is a waste of space IMHO. I could lay 2 of me side by side on the top or bottom bunk and be comfortable.... My 2 sons sleep in the bunk area. They each have a duffle bag with their clothes and it fits in their bunk area with them with tons of room. They also keep their gaming devices and charges in there.
