propan monitor

Hi here in the great upper peninsula of Michigan having a great time except for the propane system I have two tanks both 35# tanks the water heater and furnace seem to behaving a hard time igniting they are electric ignition and we are hooked up to power one tank is almost empty but the others one disparity full have a monitoring system. When I place the switch for the water heater imprisoned I get a small red light that have the abriveation dsi flt just wondering what that meant. Thanks to all
