Propane grill?

I was wondering if I could hook up any grill to the propane tanks on my TT. There is a spot on the side of the trailer which would allow me to hook up a grill with the right hose adapter and I was wondering if there were any limitation is any at all?

I'm researching the same topic. Read this thread gas grills
I could be wrong, but I believe the 26BH only has a gas connector under the back, right side of the bumper.

I think the answer is "yes" and "no". There's several threads on this topic but as I understand it: If the grill is designed to be used with the small disposable cylinders then it will have it's own pressure regulator. You (with some adapters) can connect it to your quick-connect on the TT but that means the propane will be going through 2 regulators (you've already got one that the big tanks are connected to) which some folks report as cutting the pressure back so far there's little or no flame. A few folks have reported having enough flame to cook with after turning up the valve more. The best solution is to remove (or bypass) the regulator on the grill or connect the grill directly to the propane tank - either way the propane passing through a single pressure regulator. There are some grills that come without the regulator assuming they will be connected to the TT quick-connect (I have one - sidekick - but it's not a very good grill)

There is tons of info here on using the quick connect on your TT. Weber's work, but I believe they require some modification, and camp chef's work with no modification. Just do some searches for quick connect, weber grills, camp chef, etc and there should be a bunch of threads coming up.

All you need to do is remove the regulator that came mounted on the BBQ drill, then add a quick disconnect adapter to the BBQ grill, then use a hose to hook up to the TT low pressure gas line.

I am in the same boat with the 26BH - please post what you end up going with. We are most likely waiting to the end of the season to add the grill... I am leaning towards the Webber Q200. Our maiden voyage is scheduled for this weekend to Mountain Springs which is conveniently located behind Cabela's in Hamburg, PA so I will be checking out some options.
BTW-Thanks for your service to our country!

I did this with a Stok grill. I bought all the fittings I needed to fit it to my gas line quick connect hose at the home depot.

Took no time.
