Propane Not Getting Into Trailer

Hello, I own a 2010 Jayfeather 17Z and am not getting propane flow into the trailer to light the stove or the refrigerator. I get some flow, enough to light the stove but then it turns off. I replaced the regulator but am still having the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Have you tried another bottle?

A couple of things come to mind, and not in any particular order. The propane can take a while to get to the stove to keep it lit, sometimes three or four kitchen matches before it stays lit. Can you hear a very low hissing noise at the stove burner? If you can, then keep trying. It'll get there. Then there's the safety feature on the propane tank valve, if you turn on the propane too fast, it'll "sense" a leak, and stop the gas flow until you turn it off, then back on slowly. The only other thing that comes to mind, is the hose from the tank to the regulator may have collapsed internally. This is VERY rare, but did see it once on my father-in-law's 5er.

When my trailer was new, I had a blockage between the regulator and the bottle. I had to clear it out with a piece of safety wire.

Thanks

I replaced the pigtail connector and that did the trick. Thanks for all the help.
