Pulled the trigger!! New Owner.

Good morning Jayco family. The wife and I just purchased our 1st TT. 2015 Jayfeather SLX Ultra Lite 22FQSW. Tow vehicle will be a 2012 Toy Tundra ext-cab TSS 4x4 5.7. The dealer was nice enough to let us leave it on the lot until Late May at which time we will make our first adventure with it. ( That's when the wife retires and I retired 5 yrs ago) Right now we are just trying to get all the things purchased that we will need for our new hobby. I've been on and off this forum for the past week and have found a world of helpful information and will continue to learn from you more experienced travelers. Great forum and will be asking you guys and gals many more questions in the near future. Thanks!!
Jeff

Welcome and please do not hesitate to offer up any lessons learned as you venture into your new hobby. I am sure many will agree. While I have owned many trailers and campers in my life, and I have done some extensive rebuilds, I do not consider myself an expert and I will take and consider advice from a novice just as heavily as from someone who has been there done that.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new Jayco! You may have already discovered the search function here on the forum. There is a wealth of good information to be had for the reading there. Enjoy!

Welcome to JOF. Where do you plan to keep the rig when you haul it out of the dealer lot?

Jump right in here, we are a rather friendly bunch with one common goal.

Thanks Norty1! We are looking at a couple of different storage areas close to home but none of them have covered storage. Most just have gravel lots so, that looks like the only option at this time. Would love to store it home but our neighborhood has covenants that forbid RV's parking.
