Questions on new theatre recliner control

Our new 2023 Jay Feather 26RL was sent from the factory with defective theatre recliners, so Jayco agreed to cover them under warranty. Original recliners were nice, but no bells and whistles like massage/heat/lights. They were replaced with upgraded units having the controls shown in the attached picture. Didnít test the electronics at dealership when we picked up from the warranty work as RV was in the middle of the pickup lot with no A/C power available. When we got to storage where we have 30A shore power, we found the chairs power up, but the lights on the chairs are always on. The control button with the light bulb symbol will alternate between bright and dim which seem to me would be on and off respectively, but the light strip under the foot rest stays on constantly. Have unplugged and replugged the power transformer on both chairs and no change. Tried pressing the button for an extended time, but no change in behavior.

Is the normal to have no light control on the control panel? Both chairs are the same, so surely we didnít get two defective units, did we?

Ask the dealer for the owner's manual that probably came with them, or do an online search by brand. My guess is that would be normal

Thanks. I found the operation manual for Thomas Payne cupholder on the LCI support site and it says light button should turn both cup lights and floor lights on and off with single press, or that it would time out after 30 minutes. Guess my next step is to just leave them on for over 30 minutes and see if they automatically turn off like the manual says. Maybe a full cycle will reset them.
