questions regarding norcold refrigerator dvd player

Hello new Rv purchased jayco jayflight travel trailer 27RLS. Issues with setting up DVD player TV went out and was replaced it but now the DVD player plays but I can not see anything. Help
Also today we a preparing for next adventure tomorrow and started the refrigerator Norcold unit and freezer is getting cold but refrigerator is not checked fuses have on auto how long before it gets cold its been 6 hours>

Our TV input has to be on auxiliary for us to watch a DVD. We usually keep our fridge on all the time (plugged in at home) but before we did that it took at least 24 hours for the fridge to cool.
