I have a 195rb. the radio is a iRV 30 . when I turn it on the speakers inside and outside turn on. how do I isolate just the inside speakers so the whole camp doesn't have to hear my radio. thanks

Congrats!
With my radio, which is the same as yours, to get sound only inside or only outside, I adjust the fade to F (front) and R (rear) which differentiates inside and outside speakers.
I press the main centre circle dial until I get to fade then turn to adjust it to inside or outside.
Hope that helps!

What if you don't have a fade mode. Just brought the unit home JayFeather 29QB with the Furion DV3300. For the life of me I can't figure out how to access the outside speakers. Everything else is working fine.

I just looked at the manual online and on page 16 it looks like you press zone 1 and/or zone 2. Zone 1 could be inside, zone 2 outside. If that doesn't work it might be wired incorrectly.
I also see you can download an app and make adjustments from your smartphone. That was the only place I saw a way to adjust the balance but I just scanned the document.
