These are window AC units. All you need is the actual dimensions and find one that will fit. Slightly smaller dimensions ok as you can add shims.
There are some old posts on how to remove a sidewall AC and replace it. On mine you would remove a U shaped wood cover via two screws. Then you can see screws at the top holding it in place. Don't forget to unplug it from the cabinet next to it. Should pop out with a lot of wiggling. It weights about 30/40 pounds, get help lifting!
I saw some posts on how to do it in the past (year or two ago) but can't seem to find it for you.
Post how it comes out plus some pics. I would love to upgrade to a quieter AC even though mine works like a champ. Moab at 108 degrees and it was still comfortably cool in there.
