Rear hitch 17XFD

Currently, we have a bike hitch attached to our number on our 17XFD. The bumper is twisting and I have fear of failure. Does anyone know if there is a rear hitch attachment available? The frame has holes just forward of where the bumper bolts attach to the frame. Could those be used to bolt on a hitch?

These bumpers cannot handle the bouncing load of a bike rack.

I'm not farmilar with that bumper. But it looks to have a version of the safety struts some people use. Some have luck, and some do not.

Best option is to have a custom hitch welded on by a welding shop. They will weld on a few side plates to reinforce the frame. Then build a custom 2" hitch. They can also fix your bumper. Its been a long time since I priced a custom hitch, but I would estimate about $500.
